Hotels Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to 4.00pm on your scheduled day of arrival.

We reserve the right to charge equivalent to the full value of your booking; such charges would be taken from the credit or debit card used to guarantee the booking.

For all cancellations please contact our central reservations on 0800 88 55 44 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, should you wish to cancel out of these hours, please contact the hotel direct.

* If the calendar goes red on the days you are wishing to stay, no rooms are available for your chosen occupancy. If this happens you will need to choose an alternative occupancy or hotel in order to proceed.
